INSTALLATION

1. Activate

1. Open the Tbltap Restaurant Account.
2. Tap QR page "Pair New Tag" in top right corner
3. scan each tag before placement.
4. Confirm the tag ID and add table names and descriptions.

2. Prepare the Surface

• Clean with 70% isopropyl alcohol -- no moisture, dust, or oil.
• Only install on flat, non-metal, non-textured surfaces.

3. Apply the Tag

1. Peel the liner carefully. DO NOT BEND, CUT, OR USE SHARP OBJECTS TO REMOVE BACKING
2. Align with your surface or template.
3. Press firmly for 30 seconds.
4. Keep between 15°C-40°C (59°F-104°F) during application.

WARNING: Once applied, do not remove or reposition.
This voids warranty and may damage the antenna.

4. Verify

• Tap your phone once to confirm instant detection.
• Check the tag status in your Owner dashboard.
• You're ready to ENABLE customer payments.

CARE, WARRANTY & BRAND PROTECTION

Care

• Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth.
• Avoid alcohol, bleach, or abrasives.
• Do not submerge, bend, freeze, or expose to direct heat.

Limited Warranty

Covers defects in materials or workmanship before adhesion, verified through pairing logs.
Excludes: incorrect installation, surface damage, re-adhesion, tampering, metal mounting, or altered branding.
Warranty period: 30 days from delivery. Replacement only.

Brand Integrity

• Tbltap TableTags are licensed, not sold.
• Do not cover or alter Tbltap logos, QR codes, or NFC coils.
• Third-party tags or emulators are not supported and may be deactivated.
• Tampering or misuse may result in tag blacklisting per TERMS OF SERVICE §16.
