  • Use /docs/privacy for the current public privacy document.
  • Guests and restaurant users can contact support for privacy questions.
  • Payment, hosting, analytics, and support vendors may process data as described in the policy.

Data requests

Data access, export, deletion, or correction requests should be sent through support with enough information to identify the account or transaction.

  • Do not send full payment card numbers to support.
  • Use the account email or restaurant details that match the request.
  • Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, payment, or operational reasons.
