Membership and billing

Membership and billing tools may require signed-in owner access. Review membership status before relying on paid or business-only features for live service.

  • Use the business profile membership area to review account status.
  • Billing cards, taxes, processor status, and membership state can affect launch readiness.
  • Use public docs for terms before signing in or sharing links with finance teams.

Store and tags

Physical tbltags are licensed operational products, not unrestricted owned assets. The store or tag ordering flow is the license purchase path.

  • Confirm the shipping address, table count, and restaurant account before ordering tag licenses.
  • Keep order and license records available for support.
  • Tags are not transferable to another restaurant, owner, account, or location without a new license purchase through the tag ordering flow or a support-approved process.
  • Contact support if tags are missing, damaged, or not routing correctly.

Most likely questions

Quick answers

Can support change billing without owner approval?

No. Billing and membership changes should come from authorized account owners or verified support flows.

Does buying tags mean the restaurant owns transferable hardware?

No. Tbltags are licensed products. Ordering tags purchases the license to use those tags with the restaurant account; it does not make the tags freely transferable.
